rules for adoption

1. Be a fan, not just a collector
2. Keep all the members and affiliates, letting them know that the fanlisting has moved.
3. You can keep the code and the layout if you want, just credit me
4. Credit me as a previous owner
5. If you decided to put the fanlisting in adoption, ask me first if I want it back!
6. I don't care if you use FanBase/Enth or not,but note that we'll send you a sql file: if you choose to mantain the fanlistings manually, you'll have to add all the members by hand
