Most bodybuilders agree that trenbolone does cause some fat loss, however, there are other options that give you far better results in the fat burning stakes if that’s what you’re aiming for.

If you’re looking to maximise your fat loss then you may want to stack with something like Winstrol Anavar or clenbutrol.

In order to get the most out of trenbolone on the fat burning front, you need to have the right ratio of diet, training and cardio already in place.

How does trenbolone burn fat?

Trenbolone’s fat burning abilities stem from it being an anti-glucocorticoid.

Put simply, this means that trenbolone blocks the receptors in the brain that produce cortisol. (You’ve probably heard of cortisol, it’s known as the stress hormone).

In blocking these receptors, trenbolone significantly reduces the amount of cortisol in the body.

This is important because there’s a direct relationship between the amount of cortisol in the body and fat burning.

When your cortisol levels are high your body tends to want to store fat.

As you’ve probably already guessed, lower cortisol levels, triggered by Trenbolone, signal the body to start burning fat.

Trenbolone is also a stimulant which means that it can help you to lose weight by providing you with more energy to exercise.

Another way that it aids weight loss is by stimulating a dietary process called thermogenesis.

Thermogenesis is a natural process that occurs after you eat. It refers to the amount of heat generated by your digestive system while it’s doing its work. Thermogenesis goes on for hours after you’ve eaten, and during this time both your metabolism and the amount of energy your body uses is increased.

How much Trenbolone should I take?

Firstly if you’re a beginner, don’t touch it.

If you’ve done several successful cycles on steroids before, and you’re familiar with your tolerance and the way your body responds, then here are some dosage tips.

For bulking, you’re going to want to start with 50 to 100 mg every other day.

Bulking cycles last for  8 – 12 weeks

For cutting, the dosage is the same (50 to 100 mg every other day). Some people take more but if you do, you’re increasing your risk of experiencing the side effects.

It’s a good idea to throw some Winstrol into the mix if you’re cutting.
